Description and Requirements

岗位职责:

1、挖掘潜在的客户并定期跟踪拜访,完成销售考核任务(签单+回款)。

2、根据客户需求,为大客户提供完善的能源行业解决方案,并进行方案讲解和演示。

3、维护大客户关系,与其建立长期稳固的合作关系,并持续跟进。

4、负责组织和协调内外部资源,为客户提供全生命周期服务,保证客户满意。


任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历,5年以上石化行业或与石化相关的信息化行业工作经验。

2、解决方案型销售,能够在了解客户的业务的基础上提出针对行业客户的解决方案。

3、具备优秀的客户沟通能力,能快速的理解客户的需求,并协调资源为客户制定解决方案。

4、有较强的商务判断能力、团队协作能力、沟通能力和资源协调能力。
