Description and Requirements

工作职责: 一、市场规划 1.收集市场信息,为市场整体规划,提供参考数据。 2.制定所负责品牌的销售指标,并下发到大区,确保目标全部分解到位。 二、市场开发 1.定期拜访客户中高层,了解客户信息及动态,确保客户需求等信息准确。 2.挖掘客户潜在需求,制定并贯彻新客户开发计划,达成市场业绩。 3.根据客户招标要求,指导并组织项目投标,商务谈判以及补助政策等商务事宜沟通及协调,确保市场业绩实现。 三、销售方案设计 针对客户招投标需求,制定一级项目投标方案或指导监督二级项目投标方案的制定,以确保投标成功率。 四、市场人员管理 负责考核、监督和指导各业务大区销售部的各项现有运作项目以及潜在项目的工作规划、落 实及完成情况,确保开发执行符合进度要求。 任职资格: 1、大学本科以上学历; 2、5年以上物流行业市场营销工作经验,有3C、汽车和电商物流及供应链行业经验及客户资源者优先; 3、熟练使用Office办公软件,熟练的英文听说读写能力 4、数据统计分析能力、沟通能力、逻辑思维能力,具备相当的管理能力和组织协调能。
