Description and Requirements

岗位职责 一、平台建设: 1、调研需求:结合各个业务的内容管理痛点,整合需求,设计联想统一的内容管理中心,实现内容统一存储管理,智能查找、智能分发等重要功能; 2、设计产品:参与到内容产品设计、开发跟进、功能测试、标签分类、内容评估等全链路环节,实现内容统一存储管理,智能查找、智能分发等重要功能; 二、平台运营 1、运营机制:整体设计内容中心运营规范、确保内容中心的丰富度、易用度和活跃度,对平台内容进行整体把控审核; 2、内容创作:有内容创作的功底,能结合业务的需求,以及客户营销及线索增长诉求,针对不同典型业务场景营销制定线索孵化流内容; 任职要求 1、 5年以上数字化营销/商用数字化营销经验,了解营销自动化流程; 2、参与并操盘过营销自动化项目,并有典型案例、增长案例优先; 3、有内容创作的功底,能结合业务以及客户营销及线索增长诉求,针对不同典型业务场景营销制定线索孵化流内容; 4、具备较强的沟通表达能力,思维敏捷,学习能力强,执行力强,有良好的责任与服务意识,并能承担高强度的工作压力。
