Description and Requirements

Position Description:
1、 组织部门内会议和跨部门会议的组织,督办、检查会议待办工作落实情况;
2、 部门综合行政事务,包括接待合作伙伴来访、安排会议、行政办公资产的申请和管理、组织部门内部学习、部门文化建设等;
3、做好部门领导交办的其他工作。

Position Requirements: 
1、大学本科及以上学历;
2、1年以上总经理助理或运营管理相关工作经历;
3、有良好的项目管理及推动能力,熟悉会议体系设计、实施和跟进,能撰写管理层的重要会议材料,能组织策划管理层的重要活动;
4、有良好的沟通协调能力和抗压能力。
5、英语可作为工作语言
