Description and Requirements

Job Descriptions:

• Taking ownership and accountability for the entire PC audio & video accessories business / portfolio 

• Defining a winning strategy and building the category roadmap through in-depth technology, market, customer, and competitive analysis 

• Working with Lenovo’s insight team execute customer research projects and perform analytics to produce actionable insights 

• Conceptualizing product offerings with unique value propositions, and ultimately translating concepts to clear offering definitions. 

• Working closely with the project team to bring new concepts / products to market 

• Effectively communicating strategies, initiatives, and product offerings with GEO product managers, and help support campaigns to drive sales 

• Continuously monitor & assess customer feedback, tech trends and market competition to drive proactive portfolio / product changes 

• Performing business / category deep-dives for the purpose of management reviews & product planning 

• Support for product promotion and communication (e.g. marketing collaterals creation & management) 

• Support for product lifecycle management (product introductions, transitions & EOL management) 


• Fundamental understanding of marketing strategy as it relates to hardware IT products- frameworks, market research, product definition, marketing mix, go-to-market strategies, and lifecycle management 

• Ability to utilize and analyze customer insights, market research and competitive analysis in product planning and development 

• Broad understanding of audio related competition & technologies 

• A strong understanding of voice and audio playback solutions & complexities that go with them 

• Having a strong sense in the inter-dependencies of acoustics, playback, and algorithms 

• Strong quantitative analysis skills 

• Proficient in Office applications 

• Fluent English


• Experience in collaborating with engineers to bring product features & definitions to fruition 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business, Marketing, Engineering)
