Description and Requirements

岗位描述:

1、主动寻找商机,开拓新客户,并与客户保持持续良好的关系,不断开拓业务渠道;

2、与客户及合作伙伴建立畅通的合作渠道以寻求支持并争取资源;

3、成为终端客户、合作伙伴、售前方案团队、硬件供应商、交付团队的衔接的链条;

4、签订销售合同,推动合同正常如期履行,并负责回款;

5、对客户在销售和交付过程中出现的问题,协调相关团队或供应商妥善解决;

岗位要求:

1、具有5年以上IT销售经验,精通企业级客户销售模式,有客户资源。

2、优秀的资源协调能力,能有效及进行内部沟通,并推动相关部门解决问题能力。

3、对IT行业及产品管理和运作规律有很深的理解,对客户业务和需求的有很深的理解能力,善于引导、挖掘商机。

4、具备区域业务规划能力,具备很强的业务拓展能力。

5、优秀的市场商机敏锐度和洞察力。

6、出色销售业绩表现:在销售高价值方案、赢取战略客户、赢取大单等方面表现突出。

7、可以适应短途出差。
