Description and Requirements

Responsibilities of the position: Enable regional sales team on 3X3 to achieve revenue and sales volume targets, maintain margins and achieve share goal as detailed in budgets and business plans for 3x3 Biz (S&P Accessories, Visuals & Services). Work with regional sales team to drive Sellout and Sell- through (in line with weekly / monthly / quarterly objectives). Ensure growth of Lenovo in terms of T3 reach, actively set out to achieve and exceed objectives for market penetration. Maximize sales of services. Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth and adoption of new products and services and upsell premium services. Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Sync up supply demand along with category team , supply demand team and region. Working with T1 Distributors & T2 Sellers to ensure stock availability (Sell-in & Sell-thru) as per plan and partner requirements. Develop channel capacity and drive product placement to ensure visibility and reach of 3X3. Manage channel partner relationships and ensure that they have adequate support. Keep high execution focus to engage with frontline teams to deliver weekly / monthly / quarterly business objectives
