Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1.    对生产线流程进行IE优化，降低制程损耗以及提高维修产品直通率；
2.    对生产线设备工装夹具进行统一管理并维护；
3.    维修SOP编制及培训产线维修人员，进行操作指导；
4.    对维修产线进行维修工艺、维修操作及维修操作规范性稽核；
5.    对接外部门质量窗口，负责对客诉质量问题进行分析并改善；
6.    协同维修产线解决产线电脑软硬件及维修测试设备的安装调试；
7.    上级经理交代的其它工艺技术支持。
任职要求：
1.    本科及以上学历，电子信息相关专业，3年以上相关工作经验。有手机制造业相关工作经验者优先。
2.    有较强的沟通、协调、组织能力，解决跨部门问题和团队建设；
3.    能领导团队完成产品质量问题的分析并指导产线进行生产工艺的改进；
4.    熟练使用常用电子测量工具，如：万用表，示波器，电子负载等，分析电子电路异常；
5.    熟悉NPI、DVT、EVT、PCN等工程管理流程；
6.    英语四级及以上，具备英文听说读写交流阅读能力。
