岗位名称：测试系统工程师（TSE：Test System Engineer）
工作职责
负责特定技术领域的测试规划和实施
1.测试团队能力建设和日常测试团队管理
2.项目测试质量和风险管理，以及售后问题分析
3.整体测试能力行业对比及提升
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，英文熟练，理工科专业为佳
2.在手机、平板或相近行业有2年及以上连续工作经验
3.熟悉高通和MTK平台，对Android系统有深入的了解
4.对以下单一或多个模块有着较深的技术积累：软件性能、稳定性、功耗、相机效果、网络等
5.有测试团队管理经验和项目管理经验优先
6.有团队合作精神，学习能力强，执行力强，责任心强，善于沟通
7.良好的书面表达能力
