Lenovo is seeking a motivated 4P Manager for the commercial desktop systems t in the Benelux. You will be responsible to P&L responsible for Desktop, Visual & accessories within the commercial market. Interfacing with Sales team, Business development and the Marketing team. This role makes you a crucial and visible team member across the board!

Product Management Campaign strategy & planning :

- Define products roadmaps from EMEA portfolio based on heatmaps analysis, define & execute pricing - Based on market share ambition, on market shape and Lenovo next quarter inventory, define demand products volume & pricing to deliver on markets’ MS, revenue & GP targets

- Define portfolio mix, align portfolio with retail and resellers sales and disti’s sales by retailer/reseller and/or by disti’s. Align portfolio for Lenovo.com country store, ensuring major NPI pre-orders

- Align with sales & finance GTN spending required for the quarter, ensure execution and tracking

NPI & deployment :

- Deploy campaigns to disti’s resellers & retailers supporting sales team in
selling efforts
- Coordinate NPI with marketing, PR, trade-marketing, merchandising,
Lenovo store to ensure consistent shopping experience across all shopping
touch points & Lenovo differentiation
- Support REL business with Bid reviews, pre-sales support, RFP definition
Product positioning vs competition :
- Anticipate market evolution and influence BU on future roadmaps
requirements
- Ring-fence product positioning based on competition evolution and on
future pricing evolution


Business Management:

- Align with finance, sales ops and sales quarter forecast on volumes, AUR,
revenue & GP
- Execute on quarter management to deliver on key metrics market share,
wos, aged, GP, working with EMEA BMs on demand planning
- Optimize quarter business results driving adequate time-to-market demand
planning, optimized sea/air route balancing cost and flexibility
- Define long term forecast for the market, align with demand planning team
and finance

Position Requirements:

- At least 3-15 years of relevant experience with strong business acumen
- Proven Product Marketing and Business Development experience with
budget, P&L & market share responsibility
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Commercial agility who acts with speed and a sense of urgency
- Detailed insight into business analytics, metric driven and fact based
- Self-starter who is highly motivated with a pro-active attitude
- Pro-active, energetic, sales driven with a “must win” attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch
- Formal sales / negotiation skills training from recognized institute - Relevant bachelor degree
