Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1、BOX线检验、维修区域作业管理 

2、现场人员管理，安全生产 

3、及时完成检验、维修，协助产线完成排产 

4、达成相关KPI指标 

5、现场异常解决和反馈 

6、分析相关品质异常并推动改善 

7、组织区域内人员安全培训、检验/维修技能培训，培养年轻工作骨干 

8、现场6S管理 

9、区域内人员绩效管理 

10、定期总结和分析 

11、组织定期例会


岗位要求：

1.统招本科以上学历，理工科相关专业。 

2.5年以电子产品维修、检验领域工作经验，至少3年相关管理经验。 

3.熟悉ISO质量管理体系，有内审员资格优先。 

4.能够承担较大工作压力，积极应对处理。 

5、结果导向。
