Description and Requirements

岗位职责:

1. 完成相关软件产品在指定区域或行业销售目标

2. 协助客户代表,制定相关客户的整体销售策略,有效协同公司内部资源,提升所负责软件产品的销售业绩

3. 制定自身销售计划,按计划拜访客户和开发新客户;对客户进行定期跟踪,定期提交销售进度报告,

4. 负责所辖区域或行业大客户的长期稳定培育和重点支持,提供专业的咨询,客户关系维护和销售管理等工作。 

5. 加强生态建设,策划、组织实施有效的市场活动、和各类渠道的拓展 

任职要求:

1. 本科及以上学历,5年以上IT行业大客户销售经验,基础设施软件和云计算销售经验优先 

2. 具备逻辑能力强,善于学习、总结行业新技术和趋势

3. 善于时间和压力管理,勇于面对工作中的压力和挑战,具有强烈的责任心和敬业精神; 

4. 具备出色的客户公关能力、沟通协调能力、项目管理能力、文案能力和团队协作能力; 

5. 具备良好的业务拓展能力;具有很强的项目把控能力,项目运作
