Description and Requirements
岗位职责:
1、对微信生态有深刻的理解,熟悉微信生态各类工具的特点,并做到工具给业务赋能;
2、对微信生态进行规划,能够站在业务的角度去思考和规划微信生态的各类工具,明确其关系和未来的发展;
3、承担微信生态的用户经营以及商业化的变现,包括但不限于GMV、转化、复购等指标;
4、通过对业务的思考,结合竞品调研,迭代产品的策略和机制,提出解决方案并落地执行;
岗位要求:
1、5年以上互联网产品工作经验,有丰富的C端项目经验,尤其是在微信生态的产品经理更佳;
2、具备数据思维,系统性的逻辑思考能力,善于从复盘中发现问题,通过不断迭代产品拿到结果;
3、能独立完成需求调研、产品路径规划,PRD功底扎实,能独立生产高质量的PRD文档,与研发团队及各相关协作方协同,按时完成预期进度的开发、上线;
4、具备较强的跨团队沟通能力、表达能力和协调能力,有较强的数据分析能力,能通过数据发现问题、挖掘问题,并提出解决方案,较好的逻辑思维能力和理解能力;
5、能判断清产品的底层架构,在保证结果的同时尽可能减少研发资源的浪费。
