Description and Requirements

岗位职责
1. 快速熟悉公司研发项目，并设计相应测试方案，优化当前项目测试方案，研发项目不限于：云服务，UWP APP，Web APP，数据平台等。
2. 理解项目需求，参与项目需求讨论，参与项目日常开发测试过程，并识别开发测试过程中的风险和问题，主动推进风险和问题的解决。
3. 根据项目计划制定测试计划，根据产品需求设计测试用例。
4. 执行测试计划，发现问题并作出有效分析，提交bug并跟进支持开发人员至问题解决及通过验证。
5. 引入质量保障领域的新技术新方法，制定，推动和实施自动化测试方法，提高测试效率和准确度。
岗位要求
1. 大学本科及以上学历， 计算机，通讯，电子相关专业。
2. 3年以上测试或者开发经验，有自动化测试经验。
3. 熟悉软件开发和测试流程，熟悉测试理论，对产品质量有很高的敏感度。有敏捷项目经验者优先。
4. 熟悉至少一种自动化测试框架及测试脚本开发。
5. 熟悉至少一种开发语言C#, Java, Python。
6. 工作态度严谨，有高度责任心，积极主动，协调沟通能力强。
7. 具备良好的英文交流能力优先。
