Description and Requirements

一、岗位职责

1. 根据业务规划和市场节奏,联动各业务单元,进行全年促销节点整合营销方案的策划(618、双11、寒促、暑促等);
2. 负责营销方案的落地执行,联动各相关部门(业务单元、销售通路、推广平台等),调动各方资源,把控活动整体执行进度;
3. 负责营销活动效果的追踪,及时总结经验及不足,迭代沉淀整合营销方法论。

二、岗位要求

1、本科及以上学历,具备较强的营销策划能力,五年以上营销策划相关工作经验,操盘过大型营销活动,熟悉线下零售体系的营销玩法,尤其对OMO营销有过操盘经验者优先;
2. 具有丰富的项目管理经验,跨团队沟通能力强,资源整合能力强,推动力强,对结果负责;
3. 具备较强的PPT撰写能力;
4. 学习能力强,有较好的抗压能力。
