Description and Requirements

工作内容：

工作包括但不限于

• 参与机器视觉模型（CV），机器视觉语言模型（VLM），以及大语言模型（LLM）的研发。

• CV和LLM模型量化压缩技术的研发，实现模型的小型化。

• 使用C/C++编程语言实现模型在端侧设备上的高速推理与优化，以及跨平台的编译和移植，包括Windows, Android, Linux。


任职资格：

• 3-5年的研发经验，领域包括机器视觉，视觉语言模型，和大型语言模型等。

• 精通PYTHON和C++编程

• 熟悉常用模型训练框架，如Pytorch

• 熟悉如Onnxruntime, gguf, Openvino等推理框架

• 良好的独立思考能力，沟通能力，以及团队协作能力

• 研究生或以上学历
