Description and Requirements

1.负责日常维护系统功能及运营支撑服务,制定或改进业务流程。
2.负责AI平台设计、模型训练与支撑管理。持续跟踪,产品需求、运营需求、相关技术指标和业务指标,促进平台服务可视化、链接各需求方,促进服务闭环;
3. 模型/内容验收与管理,对接算法工程师,收集数据提供给算法工程师进行LORA模型训练,模型验收通过与行业同类产品对比分析优劣势,提出优化产品/功能解决方案对功能调优,确保模型训练效果能满足产品的需求;
4.负责跨团队沟通协调和线上问题处理。

岗位要求:
1.5年以上后台系统设计、项目管理、运营管理相关经验;
2.具有后台CMS、BMS、CRM、AI等系统产品/运营支撑管理工作经验,能够独立完成系统设计,并与开发沟通需求推动需求落地;
3.具有一定项目管理经验,能够积极推动项目进度保质保量完成;
4.具有一定项目运营经验,跟踪运营计划,有深刻洞察运营需求变化,不断优化系统功能,实现服务平台核心价值;
5.具备良好的跨团队业务协作与沟通能力。
