Description and Requirements

岗位描述：

1.基于视频会议场景，进行需求分析、整体方案设计等工作，指导团队，推进落地；
2.制定计算机视觉(CV)技术规划和技术架构，提升产品的竞争力，对计算机视觉(CV)指标优化，包括延迟、卡顿、清晰度、易用性等；
3.探索产品、运营等层面的机遇和挑战，将客户问题转化为需求，推动产品迭代升级，不断提升客户体验；

背景要求：

1.计算机、图像处理、电子工程等相关专业；
2.熟悉UVC/Ethernet 摄像头传输协议，视频编解码技术；
3.精通Python/C/C++等项目开发经验，具有良好的软件设计能力；
4.有模型训练背景，熟悉主流深度学习架构；
5.熟悉ISP NPU技术和模型的部署流程，及场景算法背景
6.对计算机视觉(CV)行业具有前瞻性的思考和自己的见解；

优秀的沟通协作能力， 积极乐观，注重效率，创新意识。
