Description and Requirements

岗位描述：

1.视频相关应用的需求分析、方案制定、代码编写及调试
2.负责视频编码、实时传输、存储系统的整体设计开发
3.参与多种形态的智能协作高端视频会议系统软件设计、开发、维护工作等，打造业界极致音视频会议体验
4.研究和产品化视频前沿技术，包括编解码、网络适应性、流媒体架构等关键技术的创新研究和突破

背景要求：

1.计算机、软件工程、信息处理等相关专业；
2.有音视频引擎的实际开发经验,掌握音视频流输入、输出方法,对音视频流在设备之间的传递效率和管理有深认识；
3.精通TCP、UDP等网络传输协议，熟悉RTP/RTCP/RTSP/RTMP/HLS 等流媒体协议优先；
4.熟悉H264、H265、Opus、VP8等编解码，熟悉ffmpeg，gstreamer，WebRTC，VLC等开源项目优先；
5.知识体系和解决问题的能力全面，有过突出成就和贡献者优先。
