Description and Requirements

1. 带领研发项目团队，推动产品开发，交付和工程化以及生命周期管理维护

2. 负责项目需求，开发计划，成本和流程以及质量的规划及管理

3. 进行资源协调，项目风险管控，项目组内外部以及合作伙伴的沟通

4. 产品开发流程总结和优化，以及日常工作事务的协调, 管理

能力要求：

1. 5年以上PC/智能会议类产品项目管理经验，有Audio/Video产品开发经验优先

2. 熟悉X86/ARM 平台端到端开发流程，有Android项目开发经验优先

3. 人际沟通和团队合作能力，可使用项目管理工具高效解决问题

4. 英文熟练

5. 勤于学习新知识与技术,具有创新精神
