Description and Requirements

岗位职责

1.基于大模型相关技术，负责构建垂直领域的行业大模型及上层平台应用，主动探索业界领先的大模型架构落地实现方案

2.负责推动建设基于大模型技术的 AI Agent 平台，协助团队达成业务目标

3.负责大模型的微调、部署、调优，确保模型在各种软硬件架构上的功能、性能、稳定性

4.深入探索针对大模型的训练&推理加速，具备对标业界领先水准的加速能力


任职要求

1.硕士及以上学历，计算机相关专业背景，NLP及大模型基础理论扎实

2.具备3年的NLP及模型工程的经验，包括不限于模型调优、训练推理、模型评估等

3.具备大规模模型的研发经验，熟悉Langchain、Fastchat、Ragas、Ray等一种或多种

4.有大规模机器学习平台的架构设计经验，对平台高性能、高可用有着深入的研究

5.积极主动，责任心强，有良好的团队合作和沟通能力

6.具备良好的学习能力，能够跟进领域内最新技术研究成果，并结合应用场景快速实验和调优
