Description and Requirements

Job Brief

We are looking for someone who is well versed in the monitor market, has good product management experience and be passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Responsibilities

Conduct market insight into the commercial display industry, analyze opportunities, formulate portfolio planning strategy, product roadmap planning and product meet-competition strategies.

Market demand management, responsible for collecting, analyzing, decomposing market demand, unified management, distribution, and demand implementation.

Responsible for the product definition output (product positioning, core function definition, new business model exploration, meet-competition strategy/marketing strategy, sales volume/revenue/profit, time to market), the whole chain of joint sales, marketing, R&D and manufacturing, to ensure the output of competitive products and explore business opportunities.

Collaborate closely with an engineering team to lead product development efforts from design to successful rollout.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s degree or above. 5-8 years above experience.

• Proven work experience in product management in monitor market, work experience in monitor OEM or ODM is preferred.

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with English and Mandarin.
