Description and Requirements

岗位职责:
1.    在3D应用开发过程中,与设计和研发团队保持良好沟通,确保3D设计资源在Unity3D中顺利整合,制定技术美术标准,并根据需求制作shader以保障设计需求的实现
2.    为设计人员提供技术支持,解决Unity3D下的3D设计效果技术难题
3.    设计和实现高质量的视觉特效,优化3D应用的图形性能,确保在各类设备上的流畅运行
4.    撰写和维护相关文档和指南
5.    培养团队中的新成员,提高他们的3D设计和开发能力
6.    关注行业前沿技术,探索和引入新技术和方法,提高团队整体水平

岗位要求:
1.    计算机科学、艺术设计或相关领域的本科及以上学历
2.    5年以上技术美术工作经验,3年以上Unity3D项目经验,作为核心人员参与过至少一款有影响力的3D应用开发
3.    精通Unity3D引擎及其相关工具和插件,熟练掌握C#编程语言,能够编写高效脚本和工具
4.    精通shader,能够制作符合设计需求的shader,并具备shader性能优化经验
5.    熟悉主流3D设计软件(如3DMax、Maya、Blender、ZBrush等),具备良好的3D设计能力
6.    优秀的沟通和协作能力,良好的审美和逻辑思维能力,能够独立解决技术美术相关问题,确保3D设计效果的实现落地
7.    积极主动,能承受工作压力,对3D应用开发充满热情
8.    熟悉其他3D引擎(如Unreal Engine),参与过知名游戏项目研发者优先
