Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 寻找筛选AI+制造业、战略新兴产业、新能源车用部件等方向的股权类项目投资；

2. 对所负责投资方向的项目，组织开展尽职调查，负责相关投资材料的整理和撰写，组织和完成项目的谈判与实施；

3. 参与股权投资交易的执行，包括交易结构设计、关键条款谈判，促使交易完成；

4. 负责已投资项目的投后管理，经营情况监控、行业竞争分析等，完成投后管理报告。


 任职要求：

1. 硕士及以上学历，要求理工科背景，微电子、通信工程、计算机、自动控制、机械设计、数学、物理学等专业优先；

2. 在知名VC/CVC机构或科技公司工作经历，具有相关方向或ICT等方向至少3年的投资经验，主导过3个以上股权类项目投资的经历；

3. 对行业具有深刻理解，熟悉行业发展趋势，热爱研究新事物、新模式，有敏锐的判断力和自我驱动力；

4. 有较强的分析、学习研究能力以及优秀的人际沟通能力。
