Description and Requirements

工作职责:

1、负责联想国内&海外广告投放平台规划、目标制定和拆解实施、效果评估,包括投放平台建设、策略系统建设、产品创新驱动等;

2、深入梳理各厂商媒体广告投放业务逻辑,负责广告投放产品的需求分析和整理;

3、管理运营团队,密切配合业务团队,驱动项目的进度管理,验收完成质量;

4、对业务目标和投放平台产品迭代建设目标负责;

工作要求:

1、具备良好的中英文沟通能力,两年以上互联网商业产品后台产品设计经验,五年以上广告领域工作经验;

2、有良好的逻辑思维能力、分析概括能力和业务解读能力,有数据分析思路,有明确的基于数据驱动做产品的思路及成功实践;

3、具备良好的计划、组织、沟通和执行能力,具备极高的工作热情,具有强大的抽象能力和逻辑能力,有较强的自我驱动能力,能主动发现问题、解决问题、达成目标;

4、有厂商商业广告平台产品或运营经验优先,有后台系统或运营工具类产品经验优先,有从0到1平台搭建能力的优先;
