Description and Requirements

岗位职责:

1) 针对公司软硬件产品,定制对应的高品质服务方案,进行客户沟通、售前的技术服务;

2) 面向各不同的行业与领域的客户和公司内部部门介绍和推广服务产品;

3) 收集并密切跟踪行业的技术发展方向和竞争对手产品信息,并定期提供分析报告和调研资料。

4) 产品线管理:与管理团队汇报服务产品线绩效,预测产品线销售趋势,调整服务价格,控制各销售渠道服务产品折扣、制定营销计划等。

5) 根据用户的交流情况和具体要求,完成客户的详细技术方案的定制和需求设计; 根据用户需求完成产品方案建议书的编写提交和完善;

6) 根据企业服务交付部门的整体战略规划,对企业级产品(如,服务器、存储等)的端到端交付准备以及交付质量负责


岗位要求:

1) 3年以上工作经验

2) 计算机相关专业,通信与信息系统,市场营销相关专业,本科及以上学历;

3) 讲解能力表达能力、极强的学习能力和沟通能力,责任心强,有过市场营销相关经历最佳;

4) CET6以上水平,听说读写能力良好;

5) 拥有良好的抗压力和团队合作精神能力。
