Description and Requirements

1. 深刻理解云计算及服务相关方案及产品规划，推动协同内外部、上下游团队完成方案规划、梳理和设计。 

2. 参与售前支持工作，包括整体规划方案和产品的宣讲，与客户的技术交流和需求分析，以及解决方案的设计和撰写；                                                                               。

3. 理解并跟踪项目实施过程中的技术问题，保障项目顺利进行；顺畅衔接研发与客户之间的技术对接，深刻理解并快速响应客户的业务及技术需求。                                                     。

4.  IT方案知识库建设及相关文档积累。  

5. 协同前后端流程，按时达成既定财务业绩指标
