Description and Requirements

岗位职责

1.制定并监控营销目标,确保与公司战略一致,定期评估并调整策略以应对市场变化。

2.主导营销计划制定,协调资源执行,确保活动高效完成。

3.优化产品上市流程,监控市场表现,调整推广策略提升销量。

4.与供应链合作,制定库存策略,优化库存结构,提高周转率。

5.合理分配营销资源,评估渠道效果,优化投入产出比.

6.分析产品特性和销售通路,制定策略驱动销量和市场份额提升。

岗位要求

1.至少6-8年营销管理相关工作经验,精通市场营销理论、策略制定与执行、数据分析等。

2.强大的市场洞察力和分析能力。

3.出色的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。

4.优秀的领导力和决策能力,能在复杂环境中做出正确判断。

5.熟练使用Office等办公软件,具有良好的中英文听说读写能力者优先。
