Description and Requirements

工作职责:

1. 负责全年促销节点整合营销方案的项目管理(包括但不限于618、双11、寒促、暑促等促销节点);

2. 负责营销预算的制定和资源花费情况及ROI的追踪,为预算及其效果负责。

3. 负责市场及客户分析,结合营销活动效果的追踪,及时总结经验及不足,迭代沉淀整合营销模型。



任职要求:

1. 本科及以上学历,具备较强的营销策划能力,五年以上营销策划相关工作经验,操盘过大型营销活动,熟悉线下零售体系的营销玩法,尤其对OMO营销有过操盘经验者优先;

2. 具有丰富的项目管理经验,跨团队沟通能力强,资源整合能力强,推动力强,对结果负责;

3. 具备较强的PPT撰写能力及与目标制定、预算、结算相关的Excel技能;

4. 学习能力强,抗压能力强。
