Description and Requirements

一、岗位职责：

1. 负责电商直播间整体运营，包括主播管理、货品规划、营销活动设计，达成销售目标
2. 负责整合电商平台及上游资源，节点大促具备独立操盘及营销、运营能力
3. 负责主播的人员管理、考核激励方案设计及专业能力助长

二、岗位要求

1. 本科及以上学历，具备2年以上直播电商运营经验
2. 具备良好的沟通能力、学习能力，韧性强，以及团队管理能力
3. 具备数据分析能力，逻辑思维清晰，能接受高强度、高压力工作
4、有PC、手机行业/电商平台工作经验优先
