Description and Requirements

工作职责： 
1. 负责制定和执行公司的技术规划，包括技术趋势分析、识别关键技术创新课题、制定技术研发规划、推进技术合作等。
2. 负责评估公司的技术能力和产品背后的技术需求，推动技术进步和创新，以提高公司的技术竞争力。
3. 负责推动技术研发项目，管理项目立项、匹配项目资源、管理项目风险。
4、与研发团队、产品团队密切合作，研讨技术方案，主要聚焦智能终端的芯片、OS、AI应用等技术，推动产品创新。
5. 负责跟踪和分析行业技术趋势和发展动态，以及了解竞争对手的技术能力和战略。
6. 需要技术背景，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
7. 有技术战略规划、技术项目管理、技术研究、技术合作等相关工作经验者优先考虑。
具体背景要求：
1.    熟悉智能终端AI技术和各类终端操作系统
2.    英语可以作为工作语言；
3.    计算机、电子信息类、自动化类等工科背景，偏技术战略方向。
