Description and Requirements

工作职责：
1.参与机器学习、深度学习算法的设计、开发与优化，解决实际业务问题。
2.负责数据预处理、特征工程、模型训练与评估，提升算法性能。
3.参与大模型的应用与优化，包括但不限于自然语言处理、推荐系统等领域。
4.与产品、开发团队紧密合作，将算法能力落地到实际产品中。
5.跟踪前沿技术动态，探索新技术在业务场景中的应用。

 

任职要求：
1.计算机科学、人工智能、数学、统计学等相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 1-2年算法相关工作经验，有实际项目落地经验者优先。
3.熟练掌握Python、C++等编程语言。
4.熟悉常用机器学习框架（如TensorFlow、PyTorch）。
5.熟悉常见的机器学习算法（如分类、回归、聚类）和深度学习模型（如RNN、Transformer）。
6.了解大模型（如GPT、Deepseek）的基本原理和应用场景。
7.有自然语言处理（NLP）或推荐系统相关经验优先。
