Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1) 制定和优化进出口清关流程，负责进出口报关报检等事务，确保符合法律法规，保障进出口业务顺利通关

2) 具备商品预归类能力，能独立归类或审核供应商提供的货物归类信息

3) 熟悉海关政策，实时了解并且能够正确解读，为业务决策做出可用参考

4) 供应商管理，规范清关申报操作，规范申报资料和信息，以及制定对应管理流

5) 报关行管理，制定合理KPI及工作流程，按流程规范考核

6) 关务运作理解透彻且有一定创新，对关务数字化有一定认知，能主导设计关务数据平台，关务可视化平台，并能结合AI技术实现关务智能化。

7) 风险管控，监控物流关务环节风险，制定应解预案及时处理异常情况。

8) 熟悉仓库、运输运作，结合关务专业，可以独立主导部门大型物流项目

9) 了解物流前后端包括计划、采购、订单履约等部门工作，与各部门积极协作。

岗位要求：

1) 十年以上物流及关务相关工作经验，对计算机行业零配件精通。

2) 具备一定的商品归类能力 熟悉国际物流、进出口流程，了解保税区业务特点

3) 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、问题解决能力和独立处理复杂事件的能力。

4) 能与国外供应商进行邮件沟通 熟练掌握办公软件，具备一定数据分析能力。
