Description and Requirements

This is a fast paced position with many facets and opportunity for engagement. We are looking for a creative and innovative leader who can professionally challenge current processes with the goal of automation and improvement of current processes.

This role primarily works with internal customers, although there are some external interfaces with vendors and other organizations.  Internal customer interactions mainly involve solving customer escalations on employee cases, solving issues with stakeholders and with upper management, or resolving sometimes difficult issues. The ideal candidate will maintain a firm position around policy and procedure administration, and have the ability to articulate and support their position to adverse customers.

This position requires a great deal of problem-solving.  Eventually the expectation will be to handle problem resolution independently but will work closely with upper management until comfortable in this role. Skills are needed to evaluate a situation using their analytic skills and judgment gained during prior experiences.  Other abilities will draw upon company policies and standards, industry best practices, and other sources of information to make informed decisions.  Complex decisions, or decisions which may impact the overall direction of the discipline, will be escalated to management for final decision.
