Description and Requirements


The AI Algorithm Engineer will focus on researching, developing, and optimizing algorithms for innovative AI solutions to meet the business needs. This role demands a thorough understanding of AI technologies and architecture, combined with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning techniques and the ability to apply them to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize AI algorithms for various applications that align with business requirements.
  • Conduct research and experiment to advance the state-of-the-art in hybrid AI.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to improve algorithm performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate algorithms into production systems.
  • Stay current with the latest research and trends in AI and machine learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
  • Evaluate and recommend AI technologies and tools.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing AI algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, c, Java.
  • Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and tools (LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of large-scale solution development and deployment
  • Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical methods.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
