Description and Requirements


Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AI Change & Enablement Manager to establish and drive the internal change management governance, implement a structured change management framework, and collaborate closely with the PMO team to build and maintain governance processes. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for delivering change management initiatives both internally and externally, with a primary focus on AI-related projects, ensuring successful adoption of organizational transformations.

Please note, that This position is a 2 Years fixed-term contract.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Establish and support the internal Change Management Governance framework.
  • Implement a structured change management approach aligned with organizational transformation objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with the PMO team to integrate change management into project governance processes.
  • Drive and support internal and external AI-related change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder adoption.
  • Apply industry-standard change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) to organizational transformation projects.
  • Develop and execute change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement strategies, and resistance management plans.
  • Design and facilitate change-related training, workshops, and coaching sessions.
  • Partner with senior leadership, project managers, and functional teams to embed change management principles across the organization.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to support transparency and engagement throughout change initiatives.

Role requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, International Management or equivalent.
  • Change Management certification is highly desirable.
  • 3-5 years of experience in change management, project management, or related fields.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with PMO, leadership, and business teams.
  • Experience in delivering change management initiatives.
  • Ability to develop and implement internal communication strategies to support change initiatives.
  • Experience in AI adoption and digital transformation projects it is a plus

Base gross monthly salary starts from 2900 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
