Description and Requirements

1. 新功能软件架构及项目管理：结合AI开发团队的各类模型及市场趋势，组织相关团队对Moto MYUI项目中的AI相关新功能进行需求分析、架构设计、开发实现、测试验证等活动，带领团队完成新功能的落地，提升产品竞争力和用户使用体验；

2. 软件需求管理：参与全球软件产品团队的活动，按照Moto流程进行体验升级的讨论，利用各种方法探索规格改善并最终确认软件需求范围，跟踪功能集成、问题及需求变更，确保软件体验顺利交付；

3. 关注行业内各类AI软件发展趋势，对功能体验做持续的迭代规划，不断改进产品。

 

任职要求：

1、研究生及以上学历，适应英语工作环境，熟练使用Google或Office办公软件；

2、手机行业5年以上软件产品管理经验，有较强的产品理解力，数据整理和分析能力，产品管理能力，项目推动能力；

3、学习能力强，有较强的责任心及自我驱动能力，沟通能力强，愿意接受挑战;

4、善于分析行业及研究友商产品发展动态，有敏锐的市场洞察力，人工智能产品工作经验者优先。
