We are seeking a passionate AI Product Analyst with a strong technical foundation in AI, such as large language model fine-tuning, knowledge graphs, multi-modal AI, and machine learning. This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (Traditional Chinese experience is a plus but not necessary) and the ability to bridge AI technology with product applications.

You will be part of a dynamic team focused on analyzing vast social media data to uncover valuable business insights and communication opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a deep interest in AI-driven product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

       •      Design and conduct application analysis based on large-scale text and multimodal data to identify business-relevant trends, opportunities, and insights.

       •      Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and business teams to translate AI capabilities into impactful product applications.

       •      Research and evaluate AI technologies (e.g., LLM fine-tuning, knowledge graphs, and multimodal AI) to enhance product solutions.

       •      Communicate complex AI concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

       •      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

       •      Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP. Experience with LLM fine-tuning, knowledge graphs, or multimodal AI is a plus.

       •      Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).

       •      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a product-oriented mindset.

       •      Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both English and Mandarin (Traditional Chinese experience is a plus but not necessary).

       •      Passion for AI technology and its real-world applications.
