Description and Requirements

Come join Lenovo's ISS (International Service Support) KME (Knowledge Management & Enablement) team. You will be responsible identifying business challenges and exploring possible solutions in collaboration with cross functional teams (CEC, Field service, eService, SSC etc). This role requires strong project management skills, strong analytical skills, AI product design capabilties and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to drive productivity and efficiency for the organization.

Key activities include:

Formulate and execute the AI product (AI PD/NBA) strategic plan:

  • Including product goals, roadmap, and release plan.

Product planning and management:

  • Responsible for creating product requirement documents (PRD) and functional specifications.

User experience:

  • Focus on user experience, collaborate with the design team to ensure that the product interface and functionality design meet user expectations.

Data-driven decision making:

  • Utilize data analysis and user feedback to continuously optimize product performance, improve features, and enhance user experience.
