Description and Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Solution Manager to join our team workstation at Lenovo, focusing on the integration and optimization of artificial intelligence solutions on Lenovo Workstations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the adoption of AI technologies across various industries, ensuring that Lenovo Workstations are at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge solutions for demanding workloads such as data analytics, machine & deep learning, generative AI and AI content creation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Integration Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for integrating AI technologies into Lenovo Workstation solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for AI-driven innovations in workstation environments.
  • Solution Development: Lead the design and development of AI solutions tailored for Lenovo Workstations, considering hardware capabilities, software optimization, and end-user requirements. Work closely with software developers, data scientists, and hardware engineers to create seamless and high-performance AI workflows on Lenovo Workstation platforms.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their AI requirements and provide tailored solutions using Lenovo Workstations. Act as a technical advisor to clients, offering insights on AI best practices and guiding them in implementing AI workflows on Lenovo Workstations effectively.
  • Performance Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize AI workloads, ensuring the highest levels of performance and efficiency on Lenovo Workstations. Support the conducting of benchmarking and performance testing to validate and showcase the capabilities of Lenovo Workstations in AI applications.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation to enable customers and internal teams in effectively utilizing AI solutions on Lenovo Workstations. Conduct training sessions for sales teams, partners, and customers to increase awareness and understanding of Lenovo's AI capabilities.
  • Marketing: Work closely with cross functional Lenovo marketing teams to develop and execute strong GTM activations of AI & Workstation marketing campaigns, supporting them as a subject matter expert of data science, artificial intelligence and machine/deep learning.

  • Strong virtual team/extensive cross-group coordination and collaboration
  • Exceptional strategic, customer focused, open & effective communication skills
  • Strong technical acumen and passion for learning new technologies
  • Self-starter who can manage ambiguity and chart a clear course in an environment of change
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills – English required
  • Be a team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, business development, sales, or consulting roles within the technology sector

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ experience in data science and AI technologies
  • Proven experience in AI solution development and integration, with a focus on workstation workflows
  • Strong understanding of AI frameworks, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics
  • Strong understanding of AMD, Intel & NVIDIA computing technologies relating to AI
  • Familiarity with workstations class products or similar high-performance computing environments
  • Familiarity with Lenovo Workstation Products.

This position will be based in our North America Headquarters in Raleigh, NC.  Our office has transitioned to a hybrid work environment supporting 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
