Description and Requirements

Responsibilities (Bid Management): 

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle for AI vertical services opportunities, including qualification, solution development, proposal writing, pricing strategy, and presentation. 
  • Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and subject matter experts to understand client requirements, develop compelling value propositions, and craft winning proposals. 
  • Conduct thorough analysis of RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to identify key requirements, risks, and opportunities. 
  • Develop and maintain a library of reusable proposal content, including solution descriptions, case studies, and pricing models relevant to the target vertical. 
  • Develop and present compelling presentations to potential clients. 
  • Have a thorough understanding of contractual legal risks in complex integration projects. Able to articulate business requirements and concerns to legal, and vice versa.  
  • Able to balance between customer requirements and company’s liabilities, risks, and business priorities.  
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients in collaboration with the sales team. 
  • Track and report on bid progress and outcomes, providing insights for continuous improvement of the bid process. 
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging AI technologies within the target vertical. 
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations through regular communication, progress reports, and proactive problem-solving. 

Responsibilities (Project Management): 

  • Provide guidance in managing the full lifecycle of AI vertical services projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery. 
  • Provide guidance in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams. 
  • Develop detailed project plans,1 timelines, and resource allocation strategies. 
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability. 
  • Build and manage high-performing project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication. 
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively implementing solutions. 
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. 
  • Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and key metrics. 
  • Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation. 
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. 
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction. 

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration). Master's degree preferred. 
  • 6-10+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the AI or technology services industry. 
  • 5+ years of experience in bid management or proposal development, with a proven track record of winning complex deals. 
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, technologies, and their application within industry 
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the industry, including its key challenges, trends, and regulatory landscape. 
  • Excellent project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills. 
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
