Description and Requirements

岗位职责 
1、 负责数字营销管理平台数据系统底层数据的梳理、参与到产品设计、开发跟进、功能测试、数据整合、标签分类、迭代优化等全链路; 
2、 深度了解Marketing各渠道推广方式,进行数据指标体系的建设及分析模型的建设及优化,推动部门数据化运营; 
3、 基于客户的旅程(偏商用方向)提供实时的监控和效果优化,提升每一个节点KPI; 
4、 针对各业务现状进行专项分析,找出问题给出解决方案,用数据驱动业务增长; 
5、 根据各业务和平台需求提供分析数据维度,并参与、设计且形成可视化报表; 
6、 按需求提供各类报告:日报、月报、季报以及专项报告。 

任职要求: 
1、有5年以上数据分析经验,对数据敏感,有直接通过数据驱动业务增长的典型案例; 
2、有5年以上数字化营销经验,深度了解marketing推广方式,有电商互联网数据运营经验、市场推广经验者优先; 
3、具备较强的沟通表达能力,思维敏捷,学习能力强,执行力强,有良好的责任与服务意识,并能承担高强度的工作压力; 
4、熟悉数据运营的各种工具,有较好的数据敏感性,精通Excel ,熟练使用PPT。
