Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1. 负责公司AI产品运营平台的需求管理、技术对接、验收管理，与上下游业务系统进行整合，支持在业务系统中的快速落地和持续迭代。确保平台的稳定性、可用性和安全性，同时优化用户体验。
2. 负责AI产品云端统一管理平台及相关安全产品或安全模块的需求管理、技术对接、验收管理。监控平台运行状态，及时发现并解决潜在的安全风险和性能瓶颈。
3. 持续调研业界先进的运营平台、统一管理平台和技术路线，结合公司实际业务场景和需求，持续完善和优化，不断迭代平台功能，提升平台的竞争力。
4. 负责制定和执行AI产品运营和安全管理的相关策略和流程，确保公司AI产品的合规性和数据保护，防范和应对可能的安全威胁。
5. 与产品团队、研发团队和业务团队紧密合作，收集和分析用户反馈，推动产品功能的改进和优化。
6. 跟踪和分析AI领域的最新动态和法规政策变化，为公司提供战略性建议，确保公司在AI安全运营方面的前瞻性和合规性。

任职要求：
1. 计算机科学、信息技术、网络安全或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 3年以上AI产品运营、安全管理或相关领域的工作经验，有大型互联网公司或AI企业背景者优先。
3. 熟悉AI产品运营流程和安全管理的最佳实践，具备良好的项目管理和协调能力。
4. 熟悉云计算、大数据、机器学习等技术，了解业界主流的AI产品和解决方案。
5. 具备良好的风险评估和管理能力，能够独立制定和执行安全策略和流程。
6. 具备出色的沟通和团队协作能力，能够与不同背景的团队成员有效合作。
7. 具备良好的分析和解决问题的能力，能够在复杂和压力环境下工作。
8. 熟悉相关的法律法规和行业标准，对数据保护和隐私保护有深入理解。
9. 具备良好的英语读写能力，能够阅读和理解英文技术文档，与国际团队进行有效沟通。
