Description and Requirements

工作内容：

1. 负责公司AIAgent架构设计，制定相关技术规范；
2. 负责核心功能的架构与代码编写，开发与维护系统公用核心模块；
3. 主导技术难题攻关和技术预研，保证项目按期高质量交付；
4.与研发团队、业务部门紧密合作，共同推动 AI 大模型技术的研发与应用；
5. 关注行业动态和技术发展趋势，为公司提供前瞻性技术建议。

职位要求：

1. 计算机、数学、物理等相关专业硕士及以上学历，具有深厚的算法、数学功底和扎实的编程能力；
2、在 AIAgent、大模型方面有一定研究，掌握大模型落地应用流程和架构设计方法，有大模型 prompt engineering 和 finetune 经验；
3、 7年以上工作经验，平台/中台软件开发经验丰富，深入理解各种框架工作原理，有 3 年以上 AI 架构设计方面的工作经验；
4、 具有出色的抽象设计能力，思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题
5、 对新技术充满热情，具备持续学习和创新能力，能够迅速适应行业变化。
