Description and Requirements

  • 主要职责：

    l   负责AI模型的高效量化与DNPU平台部署，优化模型性能以满足业务需求。

    l   量化优化：应用量化技术减少模型大小，提升推理速度，保持精度。

    l   部署设计：设计并实施DNPU适配的模型部署方案。

    l   性能调优：分析并优化模型在DNPU上的运行效率。

    l   跨域协作：与算法、硬件工程师合作，实现AI技术落地。

    l   技术创新：跟踪行业动态，推动技术革新。

    任职要求：

    ·         计算机、电子、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历。

    ·         3+年AI模型量化/部署经验，熟悉Tensorflow/PyTorch。

    ·         精通Python/C/C++，代码规范，文档齐全。

    ·         了解硬件架构，有DNPU经验者优先。

    ·         责任心强，团队协作佳，沟通能力强。

    ·         对AI技术有热情，持续学习者；

    ·         有芯片相关经验优先。
