Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 负责小天同学的设计/实施，包括功能测试、性能测试、稳定性测试等；

2. 编写和执行测试脚本，模拟不同场景和数据输入，验证模型的输出和性能，确保测试覆盖率和测试质量；

3. 分析测试结果，识别和报告缺陷，并与开发团队密切合作进行修复和优化。

4. 维护测试环境和工具，确保测试工作的顺利进行。

5. 跟踪AI领域的最新测试技术和趋势，为团队提供技术支持和建议。

6. 负责AI相关自动化方案设计、开发、AI工具及平台开发


岗位要求：

1.熟悉软件测试流程，具备扎实的测试理论知识，能够独立完成功能测试、性能测试、稳定性测试等工作。

2.掌握至少一种测试脚本语言，如 Python、Java 等，能够熟练编写和执行测试脚本，模拟各种场景和数据输入。

3.具备良好的问题分析和解决能力，能够准确识别和报告缺陷，并与开发团队有效沟通合作进行修复和优化。

4.熟悉 AI 领域相关知识，了解 AI 模型的工作原理和性能指标，能够针对 AI 相关项目进行有效的测试设计和执行。

5.有自动化测试经验，能够进行 AI 相关自动化方案设计、开发，以及 AI 工具及平台开发。
