Description and Requirements

职位描述

1、负责公司AI Agent产品相关算法的研发，研究LLM驱动的Agent框架研究和实现，实现关键技术突破，有效赋能业务快速发展；
2、数据建设、指令微调、偏好对齐、模型优化；
3、提升自然语言理解的能力，比如意图识别、向量服务、短文本/长文本的表征学习等。

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业本科毕业，具有AIGC相关项目或产品经验；

2、具备出色的编码能力，扎实的数据结构和算法基础；熟练掌握至少一种深度学习框架，如Tensorflow、PyTorch等；

3、熟悉BERT、GPT-3、BART、T5等大模型预训练与下游finetune或prompt learning经验；

4、熟悉GPT、Diffusion等前沿技术，有包括但不限于预训练大语言模型、多轮对话、多模态等项目经验者优先；

5、熟悉NLP领域，对意图理解、实体提取方向有深入了解；

6、在内容生成方向有深入的研究和探索，富于热情，自驱力强，勇于进行创新实践和技术突破；

7、有优秀的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，善于分析和解决问题，良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力。
