Description and Requirements

Lenovo xCloud，是基于联想20余年全球IT与业务运营的实践而“内生外化“出的智能云解决方案。以混合云基础架构为坚实依托，围绕人工智能展开了全方位且深层次的方案升级；涵盖AI技术平台、混合云平台、智算中心、臻算服务四大组成部分，助力客户云上业务高效稳定运行，并为企业AI Twin(人工智能双胞胎)架构成功落地保驾护航。

岗位职责：

  • 负责联想AI技术平台，涵盖模型开发平台、智能体开发平台、企业知识库、企业模型库、企业工具库、企业数据库等，相关产品方向的规划、技术设计、架构优化、功能迭代工作；
  • 具备AI研发团队的管理能力，统筹算法团队的研发迭代工作，参与解决方案的制定，推动产品落地和PMF。提供架构、稳定性、在线服务的工程支持；
  • 能够紧跟当前的技术趋势，能清晰规划大模型应用方向的技术路线和团队布局；设计整个团队的技术架构，规划中长期发展路线。

岗位要求

  • 教育背景：计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能或相关专业的硕士或博士学位；发表过高水平论文/优质技术博客，或活跃参与知名开源项目者优先；
  • 5年以上后端开发经验，具备扎实的代码功底、系统设计能力、计算机网络知识；精通至少一种编程语言（如Java、Python、C++），并有实际的大型项目开发经验。能够设计高可用、高性能、可扩展的后端系统，有微服务架构设计经验。
  • 能够独立承担一个业务子方向，具备良好的业务意识、细节把控、团队协作、沟通能力，能够主动思考并探索产品方向创新；在LLM工程领域有落地经验，有智能体开发平台、模型开发平台产品、AI 应用研发落地经验。
  • 需要精通模型训推、多模态、AI Agent（单、多智能体）、RAG、智能体编排等技术框架；加分项：熟悉GPU硬件、虚拟化技术、云原生、AI编译器、算子调优、断点续训、数字人、大模型安全等相关技术。
  • 有较强的学习能力，有强烈的主动性、求知欲、好奇心和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界最新技术；对个人、团队有高标准，具备优秀的技术判断力。
