Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1.     负责AI应用架构设计与优化，从需求分析到落地实施，提供全流程技术支持，解决复杂业务场景问题。

2.     探索大模型与行业场景（如服务、办公、营销）的深度结合，输出技术解决方案。

3.     主导大模型选型、部署、压缩、量化、与主流显卡适配等性能优化工作。

4.     跟踪AI前沿技术，推动团队技术迭代。通过技术分享、代码评审和经验指导，提升团队整体能力，打造高效且富有战斗力的研发团队，提升团队整体研发效率。

岗位要求：

  • 熟悉主流大模型架构（如Transformer、MoE、GPT等），掌握大模型微调、量化、模型部署及推理加速等技术。
  • 熟悉Prompt工程、RAG调优、知识图谱构建与智能体调优等相关技术。
  • 熟悉常用智能体应用开发框架、工具与服务中间件（如TensorFlow、PyTorch、Keras、LangChain、LangGraph、LlamaIndex、Hugging Face生态、向量数据库、图数据库等）。
  • 至少精通一门编程语言（如Python、Java），熟悉智能体架构，具备很好的工程化落地能力和服务抽象能力。
  • 年以上AI应用开发经验，至少2年上大模型项目开发经验。 
  • 优秀的英语阅读理解能力，能够无障碍阅读英文技术文档和论文。
