Description and Requirements

岗位描述：
1、负责移动端AIGC产品方案的需求调研和技术支持；
2、负责将大模型小型化，部署在高通和MTK等硬件平台；
任职要求：
1、熟练掌握Python，C/C++，有Pytorch/Tensorflow等框架使用经验；
2、熟悉Transformer架构，对主流大模型(例如ChatGPT/PaLM2/LLaMA/GLM等)的原理和性能有一定的研究与理解；
3、熟悉ARM NEON/OpenGL/OpenCL/CUDA编程；
4、了解目前主流的模型小型化方案，熟悉模型量化/剪枝/蒸馏/低秩分解的算法原理和实现方式；
5、熟悉NCNN/MNN/MACE等推理框架优先；
